I'm getting there nice and early so I can buy a Warley wagon to remember my day and i'm heading straight for the Bachmann Stall to buy this new set they have realeased! I hope they have some! :)

Last year my camera baterries failed after about 5 photos, so this year I have brought new ones!

Getting the 07-30 ex Bristol Temple Meads so should get to NEC about 10-00am if New Street not too chaotic with the West Coast closure at Rugby going on. Hopefully plenty of trains from there to International as South bound trains are terminating at International or Coventry next weekend. Looking forward to it again.

Great pictures capturing the atmosphere. Well done! I had a great day too and did not get round it all. interesting travel from Bristol this year via Worcester and Kidderminster due to the Lickey closure but dead on the booked times both ways albeit slow.

Highlight for me was meeting Mr Kohler and seeing the first "City of Sheffield" - definitely sounds like a Duchess to me. Will go on my would like to own if I could afford list!! Also impressed with a company called Model Railway Electronics marketing a semaphore signal control system. When I get as far as signalling may think about it or something similar. They even have a controllable arm bounce in 4mm scale!! Brilliant.

Another good day out at the NEC.

Those picks look great. I'm gutted I couldn't be there. Well there is always next year.
