This website is very slow to download. Is it me or does anyone else have this problem?
Do not adjust your mind, there's a fault in reality.

It is slow. On the work computer I'm running 1Gb of RAM and 100Mbps connection speed (I have no idea what these mean, but they sound good!) and it's still dead slow.

Still, good things come to those who wait.....

100Mbps? Do you live in Paris Hugh?
Look at http://www.pcpitstop.com/internet/bw.asp to see what your connection speed really is.
Get off the line Bobby!

No, Epsom. It's BT's latest broadband, so it should be fast!

Yes, it is slow today. It also frequently comes up with 'Server too busy'. I guess, because it's free, we can't complain. :(

Hugh, have a go at the broadband speed test on this site and tell us what you are getting. Could be interesting!

There is no such thing as fast broadband in the UK. You have to live in Paris or other abroad type places to get a fast connection.
Are you sure it didn't say 10.0mbps Hugh?

I read somewhere that they were doing trails of it in some areas in this country , can't remember where though . It was fibreoptic to a road side box and a short cable run to your house to get the speed up
